I gave them 5 star before for their sales and financie, but when it comes in dealing with them for the after sales service and warranty you can expect the worst. Not only that, but I got my trailer water heater lock damaged and the door was just locked with a zip tie which I discovered after picking it up. Very bad communication, careless about your trailer and on top of that a customer service representative that tells you to leave the office and not come back again and to find another service center for being angry about the damage you have in your trailer and for over charging you for something that shoud have been done under the warranty. And if you don't pay you can't pick up the trailer and it will be considered abandoned by you???

I searched online for a travel trailer for close to a year, aiming for a bunk house that was as light as possible as i have an suv. I found a 2015 apex nano at traveland airdrie (2800 lbs) but one of the managers talked me into a 2022 Jayco 174bh (3100 lbs). It was a great price so I drove out to airdrie from the Okanagan. I returned home and saw on the sticker that it was 3400lbs. This was upsetting as the reason I bought this trailer vs others locally was because of the 3100 lb weight. When I explained to the salesman that I wouldn't have bought the trailer if the weight was advertised correctly, he got really angry with me, told me how good he was at his job, said it wasnt his fault and that the website is not accurate. The manager also called and apologized and said the website is not accurate but will look into possible improvements. They didnt understand that people rely on the website to make significant financial decisions. I have since sold the trailer (lost money) and will not buy from traveland again. My brother also bought a trailer from them that has had issues that they wont resolve. I'll give them 2 stars since the manager called to apologize. I just want to make sure everyone knows not to believe the website. Also forgot to mention that the sink drain was not connected and it took months to get the correct parts for the griddle.

Great customer service. Amanda and Kathleen both took great care of us while servicing our Airstream. Driving from up north can be a headache but it's never an issue when you have such a great accommodating team. - Shoutout to the manager Cori for ensuring quality customer service! We had an amazing experience with this company in Airdrie. Totally no pressure, extremely open and honest with us. Scott was our salesman and he patiently showed us trailers within our budget. Les was so open and honest with us on our trade and totally transparent with the numbers. John worked on our finance and got us an incredible finance deal. We had full confidence that this team was working FOR us. It sounds cheesy, but this is by far the best RV experience we have ever had, and we have had many over the years. In addition, their new facility is beautiful. Even if you are not thinking of buying right now, just go for a visit and chat to them and take a browse through their showroom. They have an amazing collection of Airstreams there. UPDATE: we picked up our new pre-owned travel trailer yesterday. The walk through was very thorough Nyan and Zack answered all our questions. The unit was in immaculate condition inside and out, every detail was taken care of, they even changed the safety chains as they noticed as we were hitching up that there was a problem. We are totally confident that we have a clean, safe and solid unit that will take us on many adventures. I would never go anywhere else than Traveland in Airdrie. We definitely felt like VIPs.

Scott and Cody sales team were extremely helpful through process! Nice guys ! Kyle in Finance fantastic! Scott and Cody assisted us with a warranty issue that was resolved with Mikki. Helped us with a couple service issue’s , that we were upset over. But was happy with the outcome.Ryse in parts was extremely helpful with training on trailer. Answering his phone at all hours while we were learning the ropes being newbies/ fifth wheel owners.

We looked at over 30 units on the weekend we bought and kept coming back to Traveland RV. We had an absolutely excellent buying experience. Sale rep Cody Humphries (Camper Cody!! Great sales name) was professional, very knowledgeable and really easy to deal with. He made the whole experience stress free. Kudo's to Tyler Doyle for saving our trailer from other potential buyers!! From sales to finance (Jon Krause) to delivery (Nyan Poleon and tech Alan), the entire experience was great. We took the trailer out on its first weekend and when we approached service about warranty work (every new unit we have bought has had something requiring repair), they were professional and very helpful. Amanda Williams went the extra mile to make sure we got everything addressed and our trailer back as promised. I highly recommend buying your next trailer from Traveland Airdrie.

I am the owner of a new Arctic Fox 5th Wheel bought at another dealership as they had one of the last 2023 trailers available. That dealer was too far from Calgary to provide repairs and warranty work and so I bought an extended warranty from Traveland RV Airdrie. As a first time new owner of a Fifth Wheel I have had a number of questions and regarding my unit and I was so pleased that your service desk was willing to answer my questions. Recently, I have had my Fifth Wheel in for warranty work at Traveland RV and I must commend Kathleen Kimmel on her demonstrated expertise, professionalism and hard work. She has been a pleasure to work with. My situation, having not bought my unit from Traveland RV, made some of the obvious shortfalls in quality on my unit, a bit awkward, if not difficult. For example, the Vendor Dealer did not initially provide a DEA document noting certain deficiencies in my unit. As well, the Vendor Dealer did not note the many obvious deficiencies on that form and was likely intending to handle those shortfalls internally. Things such as obvious door handle marks on all internal doors, damage to the closet wordwork, scratches on the countertops and many more lead me to email the Vendor Dealer within days and relaying my thinking that my new unit seemed like it had been used unit. Kathleen was able to work through some of these items with the Northwood manufacturer of the unit but some of the items Northwood may not cover thinking that the items are maintenance or something that the Vendor Dealer would cover at their cost. The latter not being possible because of the distance to the Vendor Dealer. Kathleen is still working with Northwood on my behalf and some of the smaller items I may attend to myself. She had been diligent and very customer focused in my view. I am pleased to recommend Kathleen at Travelland RV in Airdrie specifically and others at the service desk that have helped be since I bought my unit in August 2023.
